Dinner: Impossible Cheeseburger Pie, Romain lettuce, carrots, cucumber and tomatoes, Broccoli
Friday 8/14/09
Breakfast: Muffins and Eggs, OJ and Milk
Lunch: leftovers, fishsticks, crunchy carrots w/ guacamole, pears with milk
Snack: smoothie (frozen fruit, yogurt, OJ or soy milk in a blender)
Dinner: Baked BBQ Chicken, Spinach, summer squash, Black Eyed Peas
Saturday 8/15/09
Breakfast: Cocoa pancakes and Bacon, Fruit, OJ, and Milk
Lunch : Leftovers, PBJ, zuchini and celery with ranch, orange with Milk
Snack: smoothie (frozen fruit, yogurt, OJ or soy milk in a blender)
Dinner : Chicken Fried Steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, broccoli

Breakfast: Bacon, Egg, Cheese and Toast w/ OJ and milk
Lunch : Leftovers, Turkey sandwiches, carrots and guacamole, grapes and Milk

Dinner: King Ranch Casserole (+ one to freeze), Spinach, Summer Squash, pinto beans
