We have been studying Narnia, so we decided to change our plans for dinner and have a Beaver Dinner instead. We decided to have scalloped potatoes and Luby's Baked Whitefish. Don't let the baked part fool you, this in decidedly NOT healthy, underneath a huge slather of mayo hides a bit of fish. Yumtastic, but it doesn't qualify as "healthy", or even "healthy-ish".
