This is my first stab at a gluten free, dairy free, soy free, sugar free, sweetner free menu plan. It took forever, but here it is. I tried to include a fruit based, honey sweetened dessert. For this week we are focusing on losing the bread, gluten, everything cracker related. If it seems like alot of food, I am trying to have things like hot dogs for the kids, while having them try out the foods from the direction we are moving towards.Monday, January 25th
- Breakfast: scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, steel cut oatmeal, espresso (for mom), green tea (for everyone)
- Snack: cut fruit - apples
- Lunch: carrots with guac, spinach frisee salad, (always with leafy greens), african sweet potato peanut soup, hot dogs for the less adventurous kiddos, cut oranges
- Snack: 1oz almonds, berry smoothie
- Dinner: Honey Soy Broiled Salmon, sauteed kale, sweet potato, asian slaw, cucumber black eye pea salad
- Dessert: Coconut Cinnamon Oven roasted apples
Tuesday, January 26th
- Breakfast: scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, OR Steel cut oatmeal, espresso (for mom), green tea (for everyone)
- Snack: cut fruit - apples,
- Lunch: carrots with guac, salad, try brislings (sardines, blech), hot dogs for the less adventurous kiddos, cut oranges, chicken and veg curry soup
- Snack: 1oz almonds, berry smoothie
- Dinner: lemongrass beef, brown rice, citrus broccoli slaw, black bean salad, spinach
- Dessert: Apple and Pear crisp (sub oatmeal for baking mix)
Wednesday, January 27th
- Breakfast: scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, OR Steel cut oatmeal, espresso (for mom), green tea (for everyone)
- Snack: cut fruit - apples
- Lunch: carrots with guac, spinach frisee salad, hot dogs for the less adventurous kiddos, cut oranges, leftover soup and start pinto beans
- Snack: 1oz almonds, berry smoothie
- Dinner: Korean Beef Stirfry, Teryaki Broccoli
- Dessert:coconut macaroons
Thursday, January 28th
- Breakfast: scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, OR Steel cut oatmeal, espresso (for mom), green tea (for everyone)
- Snack: cut fruit - apples
- Lunch: carrots with guac, Mixed green salad with brown vinegrette, hot dogs for the less adventurous kiddos, cut oranges, enchilada soup
- Snack: 1oz almonds, berry smoothie
- Dinner: Agave Lime Chx Breasts, asparagus with maple mustard sauce, black bean salad, spinach
- Dessert: Baked Apples (sub Sugar for agave)
Friday, January 29th
- Breakfast: scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, OR Steel cut oatmeal, espresso (for mom), green tea (for everyone)
- Snack: cut fruit - apples
- Lunch: carrots with guac, cafe green salad, hot dogs for the less adventurous kiddos, cut oranges
- Snack: 1oz almonds, berry smoothie
- Dinner: Grilled Swordfish with Tomatoes, lemon garlic broccoli, sweet potatoe
- Dessert:blueberry buckle (but with oatmeal)
Saturday, January 30th
- Breakfast: scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, OR Steel cut oatmeal, espresso (for mom), green tea (for everyone)
- Snack: cut fruit - apples
- Lunch: carrots with guac, salad, hot dogs for the less adventurous kiddos, cut oranges
- Snack: 1oz almonds, berry smoothie
- Dinner: Cafe Annie Southwest Chicken, cashew green beans, red beans and rice, spinach
- Dessert: Fruit Salad
Sunday, January 31st
- Breakfast: scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, OR Steel cut oatmeal, espresso (for mom), green tea (for everyone)
- Snack: cut fruit - apples
- Lunch: carrots with guac, salad, hot dogs for the less adventurous kiddos, cut oranges
- Snack: 1oz almonds, berry smoothie
- Dinner: Meat Balls and spaghetti sauce (but no noodles) sub spaghetti squash, broccoli, black eye pea and cucumber salad
- Dessert: Baked Pears

I saw something recently on beet chips...I'll send you the recipe if I can find it. Or you can Google it, I'm sure! Might be a yummy snack...
