- 1 Pound white flesh fish (I like tilapia for this recipe)
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon pickled ginger
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- In small bowl whisk together all ingredients except fish
- Place fish in glass baking dish and pour marinade over top. Put in fridge to marinate for only 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- bake for 25 minutes.
