Lime fish

Ingredients:
  • 1 Pound white flesh fish (I like tilapia for this recipe)
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pickled ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  1. In small bowl whisk together all ingredients except fish
  2. Place fish in glass baking dish and pour marinade over top. Put in fridge to marinate for only 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  4. bake for 25 minutes.
