- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Place salmon in glass baking pan
- Combine all other ingredients
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Season both sides of salmon with salt and pepper.
- Pour glaze over salmon and turn to coat.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until flakes with a fork
