Sweet Mustard Glazed Salmon Fillets

Ingredients:
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Place salmon in glass baking pan
  2. Combine all other ingredients
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  4. Season both sides of salmon with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour glaze over salmon and turn to coat.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until flakes with a fork
